Barry Manilow’s previous web property was long overdue for an update. There was no content management system; all updates were being done by editing the HTML code itself. As a result, content was often outdated.
Since Facebook was being used as the primary method of delivering news and interacting with fans. Developing a custom feed to pull in Barry’s Facebook information, users who haven’t seen the Facebook page can get the same content and see the level of fan interaction. Additionally, tour dates and tickets are able to be managed through a custom-built administrator panel.
